Public transport
Fenix is easily accessible by public transport (Wilhelminaplein), water taxi, or bicycle. Due to limited parking, we recommend not travelling by car. The historic location is best experienced by arriving via water taxi or taking a short walk along the Wilhelminapier.

Parking
Fenix doesn’t have its own parking facilities.
Rotterdam offers several P+R locations on the outskirts of the city, where you can park affordably and then take public transport to Fenix.

Recommended P+R locations:
P+R Slinge, metro to Wilhelminaplein, 12-min walk.
P+R Noorderhelling, tram 3 to Wilhelminaplein , 12-min walk.
Coming by car and looking to park within walking distance? You can use the World Port Center car park (Wilhelminakade 901, 6-minute walk) or the Rijnhaven car park (Pudongstraat 4, 10-minute walk).
Accessibility
Fenix is accessible to everyone. The entire building can be visited with a wheelchair, walker, or a folding mobility scooter. Two accessible parking spaces designated by the city, are available outside the entrance on Veerlaan.
Tickets for the museum can be booked online. Those unable to visit the museum independently can book a free companion ticket.
