Art That Moves You
Hop aboard Red Grooms’ bustling city bus, journey through time and space with Omar Imam’s Space Refugee and marvel at Hana El-Sagini’s giant blue slippers.
Art and tangible reminders
The exhibition All Directions showcases the Fenix collection, an outstanding array of works by over a hundred artists from around the world. The pieces on display serve as tangible reminders of migration’s moving history, including a section of the Berlin Wall, a refugee camp tent and one of the first passports ever issued to a stateless individual.

Stories that transcend borders
All Directions invites visitors to discover stories about identity, happiness and work, borders and displacement, and the meaning of home. Through their creations, the artists reveal that migration is a timeless phenomenon, interwoven with emotions such as love, sorrow, and hope. Connecting the threads of time and experience, the artists share stories of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Emerging and celebrated
The Fenix collection features paintings, sculptures, videos, installations and photographs by both emerging talents and internationally celebrated artists, including Francis Alÿs, Sophie Calle, Shilpa Gupta, William Kentridge, Kimsooja, Steve McQueen, Małgorzata Mirga-Tas, Adrian Paci, Gordon Parks, Grayson Perry, Yinka Shonibare, Bill Viola, Danh Võ as well as many more.
