Whether you’ve been dancing for years or are simply curious. In this movement session you’ll explore motion in all its forms. Sometimes fast and wild, sometimes slow and meditative. Each session opens up a new way to experience your body. Sweat it out, shake it off, and go home with fresh energy. Every first Sunday of the month.
The wildest dance floors form new friendships, unleash creative superpowers, and remind us that anything is possible. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more energized, and more connected to yourself and others.
Practical information
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Please note: there are no changing rooms.
