KinderPraatPaal Praatshow
For children ages 6 and up
In the past, you’d find call boxes along the road for people with car trouble. You pressed the button and asked for help. The KinderPraatPaal Talk Show, created by theater maker Camie Bonger, works in the very same way – but this time it’s for kids. Every third Sunday of the month at Plein.
The language of this event is Dutch. The show will be filmed.
About the KinderPraatPaal Talk Show
Got something on your mind? Want to tell a story, ask a question, or share a problem? Come to Plein and join in. You can talk, sing, dance, or rap – whatever feels right for you.
The talk show is also about celebrating what goes well: small victories, brave steps, funny moments, and beautiful encounters. Nothing is too crazy!
Young people will also join, sharing the struggles they face – around friendship, family, school, or love. Maybe you’ll have an idea that could help them out.
And what else? Each edition brings new surprises!
PraatPaal Stories
The KinderPraatPaal Talk Show builds on Camie’s YouTube series PraatPaal Verhalen, where she took an old ANWB call box into the streets. Not as a joke, but with a mission: to give children and young people a voice.
About Camie Bonger
Camie is a true theater all-rounder, with more than twenty years of experience. She is a theater maker, actress, presenter, workshop leader, and inspirer. She also calls herself a heartist: someone who touches people’s hearts, connects them, and helps them step into their power.
Her mission? To create a world where everyone feels seen and heard, and can truly thrive. Camie also believes in learning from and with each other: unfiltered, playful, and honest. Children, too, hold a lot of wisdom, and their stories deserve to be heard.
