Kaapse Kunstmarkt
Meet fifty artists from Rotterdam and the surrounding area at Plein.
On Sunday 30 August, Plein will be dedicated to art from Rotterdam and the surrounding area. At Kaapse Kunstmarkt, fifty artists will present their work. Explore the art, meet the makers and get creative in one of the workshops.
Meet the artists
At the art market, you will find paintings, photography, prints, illustrations, ceramics, sculptures, jewellery and more. The artists will be there in person, giving you the opportunity not only to view and buy their work, but also to talk to them about their ideas, creative process and the stories behind their art.
Alongside the market, there will be performances by Codarts Talents, creative workshops and continuous screenings of interviews from the Meet the Artist series. Artist Alike Dalkmann will also present her book LA MEUSE DE MAAS 2026. The afternoon will conclude with drinks and an art raffle.

About the organisation
Kaapse Kunstmarkt is organised by Stichting Hartezaken. In doing so, Hartezaken makes art visible and accessible to a wide audience.
