Uncover the moments when different cultures meet, mix, and influence each other. During this diner we focus on immigrant histories that have often been overlooked, showing how these forgotten stories have shaped Dutch food culture and everyday life.
By recognizing these hidden histories, we create space for a broader understanding of the past and its impact on today’s society. Through food, we make these stories visible, offering a sensory experience of memory and shared heritage.
