Peru on the table
Rosa María Gutiérrez was already cooking at the age of eight, while her mother was at work. What began as a necessity became a way for her to care and connect.
Rosa María carried this with her when she left Peru. First to Spain, later to the Netherlands, where she had to start again, but where she could connect with people through food. With her dishes, she shares memories, passes on her culture to her children and introduces others to Peru.
On the menu
During this edition of Crossing Tables, you will taste different Peruvian dishes. Expect vegetarian causa limeña, a fresh potato salad with avocado, ají de gallina, a creamy chicken dish with rice, a vegetarian quinoa dish and tres leches cake with maracuyá cream.
The dishes contain milk, egg and gluten. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific dietary requirements or allergies.
