Your workplace

Fenix is the new museum of migration in Rotterdam. Artists, photographers, chefs, and other creative makers share stories that transcend borders. Located on a historic site of departure and arrival—where millions of Europeans once set off and people from around the world arrived—Fenix shows that migration is timeless and always deeply personal.

In this museum where art, stories, and flavors converge, hospitality plays a vital role. Fenix offers a range of culinary concepts, each with its own narrative. There’s O Anatolian Café & Bakery, developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Maksut Aşkar, where the Anatolian kitchen and artisanal breads made from ancient grains take center stage. On the corner of the building, you’ll find Gelateria Granucci, serving Italian gelato crafted from traditional family recipes. There’s also an espresso bar overlooking the Maas River, and a Kitchen on the Square, where Rotterdam-based chefs and communities showcase global flavors.

At Fenix, you work in a diverse and passionate team where culture, migration, and hospitality come together. Together, you translate stories from around the world into unique culinary and hospitable experiences.
